Omnicom Media Group is
shaking up the management ranks at two of it big media agencies—PHD and Hearts & Science.
Ralph Pardo has been appointed US CEO for H&S succeeding Erin
Matts, who is moving to another role within the group. And,at PHD USA,Catherine Sullivan, currently OMG Chief Investment Officer, has been named US CEO, succeeding Nathan Brown, who
is stepping down after six years leading the agency.

As Chief Investment Officer for Omnicom Media Group North America, Sullivan built OMG’s digital-and-audience-first investment practice. In 2018, she
launched OMG’s Partners’ Summit, an annual three-day media marketplace where the industry’s top networks, platforms and publishers present customized offers to Omnicom clients.Prior
to joining OMG in 2016, Sullivan spent two decades in senior positions at Disney and NBC.

Geoffrey Calabrese, who as president of OMnet has led OMG’s private marketplace
practice, will succeed Sullivan as NA Chief Investment Officer. Calabrese joined OMG in 2010 from the National Football League where he developed the NFL’s first procurement
